Mit dem Rad alles gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke und im Zentrum von Waren ist man auch gleich.
Die Sandstraße vor dem Garten staubt etwas bei rücksichtlosen befahren.

Sauber und ordentlicher kleiner Raum.
Die Küche bietet ,außer kleinem Backofen oder Mikrowelle , die Möglichkeit sich auf 2 Platten Essen zuzubereiten!
Nur das Badezimmer sollte nicht im Herbst/ Winter genutzt werden, denn es ist ungeheizt und somit eine unschöne Begebenheit!
Die Lage ist sehr schön, weil man überall ohne Auto hin kommt.
