The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has an elevator.The apartment has a spacious room with two single beds.
It also has a bathroom with shower equipped with hand soap, gel and shampoo, and the living room that is divided into an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, the dining table, a sofa bed, flat screen TV, heating, central air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.The apartment also has large windows that face the outside and allow you to have excellent natural light.
Access to the building and apartment is by access code, no more keys!So that you fully enjoy your stay, the apartment has a shared pool (not heated) in the building (open 365 days a year from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m.) and terrace!
We have a laundry room available to all guests of the building, with a washer and dryer (room in the basement).
It is totally forbidden to smoke in all the facilities of the building and apartment, make noise and disturb other guests, hold any type of party/event and make improper use of the facilities.In case of non-compliance with these rules, the guest will be responsible for the repair/solution of any incident.
Check-in: From 16:00Check-out: 11:00No smokingParties/events are not allowedNo noise from 22h to 10h
Additional cleaning service or other extra services are available upon request.
OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE The law in Spain obliges and requires that all adults over 17 years of age must be registered.To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment
NO smoking in the apartment and common areas
SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed.
Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt
Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music
Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
