First House: Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen leading to a living/dining room with a pellet stove (accessed via two steps).

A pantry and toilet are also accessible by two steps down. Upper Floor: The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, a baby bed, and an ensuite bathroom.

Via three steps, access a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed; via two more steps, a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed.

A fourth bedroom includes four 90 cm beds.

Additional bathroom and separate WC. Second House: Ground Floor: Living area with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom with WC. Upper Floor: Mezzanine with a sofa for a relaxing space, one bedroom with two 90 cm beds, and a separate WC. Outdoor Spaces: Private 15 m² terrace, a courtyard, a fenced backyard garden, a private 50 m² swimming pool (secured with a barrier and alarm, maximum depth of 1.50 m), as well as recreational facilities: ping-pong table, play structure, and bicycles.
