Tenant Insurance:

A civil liability insurance certificate is required for the rental. If your personal insurance does not cover these risks, you can subscribe to our optional ADAR insurance, which covers your tenant liability, as well as any cancellation or interruption of your stay. The cost is 4% of the rental amount.


Security Deposit:

A security deposit will be requested upon your arrival via a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) pre-authorization. Please ensure your credit card limit allows for the pre-authorization. You can also activate your security deposit via our Swikly service.
