This is a lovely property to stay at, good rooms and amenities all provided. An excellent location close to the city centre - an easy walk. Excellent communication with the host which is always reassuring. Lovely to have access to the garden as when we stayed the sun was shining. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Convenient location for a couple of days exploring Lancaster. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Our car was too wide for the parking area, but street parking was fine.

Very nice property, comfortable beds. Only thing i would saybis shame garden furniture wasnt out as was sunny when we stayed
