Description of the accommodation

This single-storey house has a terrace with two sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying a good meal under the Mallorcan sun. As it is located in an urbanisation, there are direct neighbours.

Inside you will find a living room with television (satellite TV), DVD player, wood-burning stove for autumn nights and two fans. The dining area has a beautiful wooden table where six people can get together to eat. If you like to cook, you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in one of the bathrooms. Here you can relax in two bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. All have a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Two bathrooms have a shower. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Colonia de Sant Pere is a former fishing village in the north of the sunny island. This little pearl of the Mediterranean is located between the sea and the mountains, ideal for a beach or active holiday for cycling and hiking. There are many beautiful beaches in the surrounding area, e.g. the beach of Colonia de Sant Pere, the natural beach of Cala Torta or Caló des Ermitans. The town has a harbour with a restaurant, a beach promenade with bars and other restaurants as well as a grocery shop. In Cala Ratjada and Can Picafort you can go out in the evening or go shopping during the day and find many leisure activities for young and old.

Note: The rental of this property refers in principle to Spanish legislation, in particular to Law 29/1994 of 24 November of municipal leases. For this reason, the property is made available for seasonal use. This contract does not offer any type of tourist service to the tenant. The contract only covers the use of the property. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
