The sofa can also be used as sleeping accommodation for an additional person (sleeping area: 120 cm x 200 cm).

Despite the combination of living and sleeping areas, they are visually separated from each other by an archway. The windows of the house are fitted with external roller shutters, and practical built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space for your luggage. The holiday home is in a quiet and idyllic location by the forest in Waren an der Müritz, not far from the largest and most popular swimming area on the Müritz, the Volksbad. The house is situated on a 900 m² plot with two car parking spaces.

Start your day with a refreshing swim in the Müritz or go for a jogging or cycling tour! The famous "Berlin - Copenhagen cycle path" runs right past the property. In addition to this detached holiday home, which is available for rent from April to October, another house on the same property with a living space of 25 m² for 2 people can be booked if required. 1 to 2 dogs are also welcome in this holiday home.
