Description of the accommodation

This beautiful chalet invites you to spend an unforgettable holiday and feel at home. The property is surrounded by trees and you can enjoy the view of the mountains while refreshing yourself with a cold shower in the garden. Cosy up with friends and family on the veranda, read a good book or have a chat. The house is located in a quiet residential area and has neighbours.

The rooms are spread over 2 floors and impress with high-quality furnishings in warm tones. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room with Smart TV, fireplace, a dining table and two comfortable sofas where you can relax while listening to music or watching a film with the CD and DVD player. The independent kitchen has a gas hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub complete this floor. Upstairs you will find four more bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms on the first floor each have a double bed, one has two single beds and one is furnished with a bunk bed for two people. From one of the three bedrooms on this floor, you have access to a balcony where you can sunbathe in one of the hammocks or enjoy the sea view with a drink. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair on request.

The property is located in the residential area of Son Coll, close to Banyalbufar. Banyalbufar is a hidden treasure of the island with idyllic landscapes and a relaxed atmosphere. Located in the Serra de Tramuntana, it is nestled on a hillside that slopes down to the Mediterranean, offering breathtaking panoramic views and a unique experience. For nature lovers, there are hiking trails that wind through the pine and olive groves and offer breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Those who prefer to enjoy the sea will find small bays and beaches where they can relax and enjoy the sea breeze. In addition, the local restaurants offer delicious Mediterranean cuisine with fresh fish and seafood as well as wines from the regional vineyards.

Please note that the use of barbecues is strictly prohibited (risk of forest fire). Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is parking for 3 cars in the garage.
