Welcome to Casa Vacanze da Ricky App 5, a modern and welcoming 50 m² apartment located in a quiet area of Peschiera del Garda, about a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center and Lake Garda.
Ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people, the apartment features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, and 3 private balconies.
A cot is available for little ones. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle.
Upon arrival, you will find a selection of breakfast items ready for you. The apartment offers air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, cable TV, washing machine, and iron.
Private entrance. The shared outdoor pool is open from May 5 to October 31, perfect for family summer days. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport stops.
Free street parking is available.
Pets are allowed (max 1). No smoking or events permitted. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please lower your voices after 9:00 pm and observe complete quiet after 11:00 pm. This policy applies to all apartments in the building. Please note this is a private rental apartment, not a hotel or B&B. We kindly ask you to treat it with the respect you would give a private home.
Check-in until 11:00 pm is only for guests arriving from travel (train, plane, car) and needing to settle in—not for those returning from a night out. Thank you for your understanding.

L’appartement était bien équipé, avec une belle piscine.
Supermarché à 2 minutes en voiture et plage à proximité. On peut se garer très facilement à l’entrée de la résidence.
L’hôte comme les habitants de la résidence sont très sympathique.
Idéal pour pour une famille avec 2 enfants pour rayonner autour du lac tout en profitant de la résidence.

Der Pool war sehr groß und sauber, der Schnitt der Wohnung war optimal für 6 Personen, da man sich durch die drei Balkone auch mal gut aufteilen und Ruhe haben konnte.
