This charming coastal flat offers a unique experience right by the sea. The spacious terrace, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a refreshing outdoor shower, invites you to enjoy the sun and breathtaking sea views. The furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sea breeze with a coffee or share an al fresco meal.

The spacious living and dining room has a fan to create a cosy atmosphere. In addition, there is a Smart TV and two cosy sofas, along with a hammock that promises exceptional relaxation. The closed kitchen is fully equipped with a modern ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. For rest time, the main suite has a fan, a wardrobe and a comfortable double bed, accompanied by a private bathroom with shower. Two additional rooms, each with two single beds, a fan and a wardrobe, provide an ideal space for guests' comfort. A second bathroom with shower would complete the interior of this house. This accommodation is accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to an adapted staircase. Additional services such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board are offered, and for those travelling with babies, a cot and high chair are available.

Bolnuevo is located in the municipality of Mazarrón in the coastal region of Murcia, where wide beaches stretch out. Of particular note is the rock formation "las Gredas", which creates a unique and photogenic landscape. The surrounding area is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. The local restaurants are the ideal place to savour the local cuisine, especially fresh fish. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are welcome.
