Cal Agustí farmhouse is located in a privileged area in the Natural Park Montnegre, surrounded by lush forests and vineyards and just 10 minutes from the magnificent beach of Blanes (Costa Brava).
The spectacular ancient stone farmhouse with wood beams has an area of 400 m2 with capacity for 10 people on a farm of 11 hectares, with a large swimming pool, Vineyards, garden, cellar and own forest.
Cal Agustí farmhouse is equipped with heating, air conditioning and free wifi. The interior of the house offers four suites with full bath and a super suite with bathroom with jacuzzi, dressing room and private mini-kitchen for breakfast.
The house has a splendid and cozy lounge with a large fireplace with TV area, your local talk show and music area.
The dining room has an original antique wooden table and leather sofas wingback located opposite another stone fireplace.
The kitchen is large with wooden furniture and fully equipped.
The farmhouse also has an office and two guest toilets. Outside, on the one hand we can find the spectacular 14m pool surrounded by lawns and vineyards complemented with a cozy porch.

Un mas typiquement catalan avec beaucoup de cachet et aménagé avec soin et goût ou règne une propreté extrême. A 60 km de Barcelone, parfait emplacement pour découvrir la ville et l'arrière pays et se ressourcer dans une maison où s'articule la vie à plusieurs sans se gêner mais où l'on se retrouve dans un environnement convivial et cocooning. Le propriétaire est très sympathique.
