Villa Lucia has spectacular views and is about 50 meters from the exclusive Santo Tomas beach, on the south coast of the island. This wonderful villa is built in a very modern design.
Completely remodeled, in a simple and minimalist style, built on two floors with a fresh and modern feel.
It has a spacious living-dining room on the ground floor with direct access to a large terrace, 3 double bedrooms with single beds, two bathrooms with large showers, the kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped, it has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. ceramic glass.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a huge terrace with spectacular views of the sea.
The property has a well-kept garden and a pool area (9x4) strategically located in front of the sea.

This villa is Eco Friendly, cross ventilation is achieved with its garden in the back to the north, which when opened in combination with the south, provides us with a very pleasant breeze. With ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as in the living room and the terrace where you can eat daily while looking at the pool.
The house also has a garbage recycling system, you will find 3 containers, one yellow for plastic, green for glass and blue for paper or cardboard. You will also find black or one color for the organic.
Other services can be provided on demand at an additional cost, such as a private chef or babysitting, a photography tour of the island, or even a personalized beauty session.

Reservations up to 9 nights:do not include cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels.
Reservations from 10 to 13 nights:include a mid-stay change of bed linen and towels (without cleaning service).
Reservations of 14 nights or more:include a full cleaning and change of bed linen and towels at mid-stay.
Reservation confirmation:A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. For reservations made through other platforms, we will contact you to arrange this payment.
Final payment:The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:If the reservation is canceled within the refundable period, payments made by bank transfer will be fully refunded. For payments made by credit card, bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
House Rules:
Outdoor showers:Please use the outdoor showers to remove sand before entering the house. Indoor showers are not intended for this purpose.
Umbrellas:Always close all umbrellas when leaving the property. Sudden winds can occur on the island and may cause damage.
Waste disposal:Please dispose of garbage regularly to prevent odors and insects, especially during summer.

The villa is beautiful, perfectly well equipped and clean, with a great location next to the beach and a wonderful see view. Communication with Virginia was also very easy. Everything was perfect, we had a great experience !

Rien à dire, la villa est magnifique et conforme aux photos. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents, la literie est d'excellente qualité (y compris le matelas du lit bébé !) et la propreté du logement irréprochable. La proximité immédiate de la plage est un énorme plus (elle est réellement à 50m), la communication avec Virginia a été excellente. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait.
