You will stay in the mixed farming estate, where our family home has been given a new lease of life.

The entrance is via 5 steps with a ramp and opens onto the hall which serves the laundry room, the toilet, the living room (wood stove, wood provided), the office area and the south-facing balcony.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (160x200, shower) (140x190) (2x90x200), shower room/toilet.

Each bedroom has storage, shutters, curtains and mosquito nets.

There are 3 generations of us on the property as well as 2 gîtes and 4 guest rooms.

Just for you: shaded terrace on the ground floor, parking.

To share with the guests of the estate and us: pétanque ground, wooden games, yoga platform, swimming pool (from May to the end of September, 100m², 2 swimming lanes), reinforced electrical outlet for recharging (cost 10€/recharge).

For the little ones available on request: travel cot, high chair and bathtub.

For your comfort the beds will be made for your arrival. 30 minutes from Montélimar and 2 hours from Lyon, treat yourself to a getaway to La Garde-Adhémar in the heart of the Rhone Valley at the crossroads of Drôme Provençale, Vaucluse and Ardèche.

This charming little village, which can be seen from afar and catches the eye of the curious, leaves no one indifferent.

And for good reason, its location is impressive! An ideal base, you benefit from a strategic location to reach the main tourist sites.

For lovers of old stones, the village of La Garde-Adhémar is one of the most beautiful villages in France and has a bakery, pastry shop, grocery store, restaurants, remarkable garden.

To the west is the Ardèche, to the east Grignan, Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons.

Or if you don't want to move, the swimming pool smells as much of idleness with its deckchairs as of adrenaline with its 2 swimming lanes! Its extra thing? The estate covers 30 hectares, where you will have plenty of space to enjoy good times of walking and relaxation...
