The iconic MANILA residence is located in the central/northern area of Playa de Gandia, first line with direct access to the beach simply by crossing the Neptuno promenade.
This tall building with an elevator offers two swimming pools surrounded by 1,000 m2 of garden areas.
One of these pools is a shallow area ideal for young children.
There are also tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, and a street basketball court.
It also has a small park with swings.
The apartment includes a covered and numbered parking space. This fifth-floor apartment has two terraces.
One is accessible from the master bedroom, and the second is accessed from the living room.
Both have awnings.
The main terrace faces East (directly towards the sea) with fabulous views of the beach and also of the pools and their surroundings.
It offers a kitchen with access to a utility/laundry room, a spacious living-dining room, two bathrooms (both with bathtubs), and four bedrooms.
In total, there are five single beds and one double bed. Ceiling fans are in all rooms except for one single bedroom.

The capacity is for 7 people. NO PETS ALLOWED NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (changed every two weeks) and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker and hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting from 1:00 PM. It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, by requesting this in advance and having paid the deposit beforehand.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages or non-compliance with the check-out time.
Either, leave a deposit of €150, which will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days after the apartment has been reviewed, or, purchase accidental damage waiver insurance for €28 (non-refundable). Gandia beach, with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine white sand, along with a wonderful Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks, running, or playing beach sports. Gandia beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The entry slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshes.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH AREA of Gandia beach, is a pristine beach with no buildings, recognized for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, offering a unique experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, in sea arms, and rivers.
