Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 160 m² house with swimming pool and sea view in Beausoleil, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms (two of which are in an outbuilding), two bathrooms and a 3,500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Because of the residential nature of the area, the accommodation is particularly well suited to families.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- Bedroom 3: double sofa bed and desk area
- Bedroom 4: single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
In the 60 m² outbuilding:

- Bedroom 6: single double bed and sofa
- Bathroom with shower
- Outdoor kitchen with covered dining area
- Outside WC and separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private above-ground swimming pool (unheated) measuring 6×4 m and open from June 1ᵉʳ to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gantry and alarm.
- A beautiful 3,500 m² private, enclosed garden with sea-view terraces, petanque court, swings and basketball hoop.
The house is ideally located in Beausoleil, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park in the public spaces close to the property.
A right of way gives you access to the property to unload your belongings, but parking is prohibited on the property.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Bus: line 12 Castor et Pollux stop, direction Monaco or Beausoleil
- Nearest train station: Monaco 2 km
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur 30 km away

- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of it in the street garbage cans provided.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
