For larger groups, this house can be connected to the neighboring Abantos property, accommodating up to 14 people when booked together. Please note that the property is located in a peaceful area that encourages guests to enjoy nature, and groups of young people or party organizers will not be accepted. We ask that all guests respect quiet hours for the comfort of all visitors.
For an additional fee of €50 (payable in cash on-site), you can request an extra single bed to ensure added flexibility. Whether you're relaxing in the garden, enjoying the pool, or exploring the natural beauty of the area, this apartment offers a perfect setting for your next getaway.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

En términos generales las instalaciones muy bien.
Lo único que de los dos aseos, uno estaba dentro de una habitación que estaba bastante bien, con diferencia de las otras.
Por lo tanto obligaba de alguna manera a los otros ocupantes que éramos seis más, a utilizar un único aseo por no andar molestando a los que
les tocó dormir en esa habitación.
