Swainson on College is a newly constructed townhouse in the heart of Port Adelaide. A spacious hallway that leads to bedroom 2 with a private bathroom will welcome you as you enter the house.
You will not be disappointed as you walk the carpeted stairs to the second floor, where you will find a large open-plan living area and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, a dishwasher, and lots of storage. You also have access to a private balcony upstairs. On the top level, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and wardrobes.
A covered paved area out back, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort, and a rainwater tank. With all of this available, it is difficult to realize that Port Adelaide's city center is only a short 10-minute walk away. Accessibility to stores, cafes, restaurants, gyms, public transportation, schools, and child care facilities. If the sea air is what you need, don't worry; Fisherman's Wharf and the lovely beach at Semaphore are both close by.
Free parking space for 1 car is offered.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside. Pets must stay downstairs (make use of gates on stairs) and sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds. Also, splitting the King beds into two King single beds costs $30 per bed.
