Villa Hestia is a beautifully appointed 5-room villa spanning 135 m2, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a flat screen television.
This convivial living area opens directly onto one of the 2 large terraces that define the outdoor living experience of the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, complete with a small dining table and its own exit to a terrace, making it a practical and pleasant space for preparing meals.
The 4 bedrooms are distributed throughout the villa to ensure privacy and comfort. 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC as well as direct access to a terrace.
A further 2 bedrooms are each appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm, and each features its own shower and WC. The fourth bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
In addition to the en-suite facilities found in 3 of the bedrooms, the villa also includes a separate bathroom and an independent WC, bringing the total bathroom count to 4. Amenities Included Villa Hestia offers a comprehensive selection of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, as well as electric heating to keep the interior warm during cooler periods.
