The First floor sleeping includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, and a further room with double bed. There are also kitchen facilities, large sofa and 2 bathrooms.

The Second floor has further seating and kitchen facilities, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, a bedroom with four bunk beds, a studio with two double beds and a further room with a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms located on this floor.

The Third floor is the "Penthouse" floor with balcony that has seating and tables overlooking the city skyline with impressive views of Chester Cathedral.
There is also an open plan kitchen, large dining area and lounge seating area. With two further bedrooms, a double bed in one and a double bed and two bunk beds in the other, the living area also includes a double sofa bed.
There are a further 2 bathrooms on this floor, one with shower and one with bath and overhead shower.

Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability.

A meet and greet for the full group is always arranged. The ground floor houses our creative communal area available from 3pm to 11pm each day exclusively for your use, consisting of an extra large dining and bar area right in the heart of the city.

We do ask that all guests act with courtesy to our neighbours while staying with us.

Several of our rooms also overlook the busy pedestrianised shopping area of Eastgate Street with views of the famous Eastgate clock located on Chester’s medieval city walls. The Storyhouse Theatre, Roman Amphitheatre and Grosvenor Park on the River Dee are also just a few minutes walk away.
