The tent has its own bathroom with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. The spacious deck is covered.

The smaller tent can accommodate 2 people and has a unique appearance. This tent has a second floor. The kitchen is located downstairs and is equipped with a 2-burner stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee capsule machine and an electric kettle. The bedroom is accessible via a fixed external staircase and has 2 single beds and a TV. The bathroom with washbasin, shower cubicle and toilet is located downstairs. The tent has a spacious veranda downstairs and a roof terrace upstairs,

both safarit ents are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Patio furniture is available on the verandas.

The kids have a great time with new friends. The Service point and Take Away can be found in the old inn. There is a mini market too. So fresh bread rolls for breakfast are available!
Boating, swimming and stargazing
Way back, the Lauwersmeer used to be the Lauwerszee. Artificial hills offer protection against the high tide. These hills are called wierden in Groningen. The park is located near Vierhuizen, which is also a real wierde village. When you go head out exploring the area, you are bound to notice the varied landscape. Water, vast meadows and woodlands alternate. Nature in the Lauwersmeer is so special that the area has been designated a National Park. At Lauwersoog you will find several beaches. Perfect for those hot days! If you prefer to go sailing, you can rent a boat at various places. Or go on a day trip to the Wadden Island Schiermonnikoog. You can get there in no time by ferry. In the evening when darkness falls, a new experience awaits. At the Lauwersmeer, it is really dark. You can stargaze fantastically from one of the special watchtowers. Will you spot a shooting star?

The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
