It accommodates up to 6 people across two bedrooms and an alcove-style living area with a double sofa bed. Located just 50 meters from Place Kléber in a neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants, it sits between the Foch and Masséna metro stations (250m away). There is a bakery right at the foot of the building, and the apartment is close to renowned chocolatiers/pastry shops (Bernachon and Tourtiller), the Paul Bocuse Market Hall, the Part-Dieu rail and shopping hub, and Parc de la Tête d'Or. Amenities include central heating, portable air conditioning units (available June through September, starting in 2027), and double-glazed windows fitted with shutters and curtains.
Wi-Fi, Orange TV, and Canal+ Séries are provided.
The dining area features a table seating 6 (extendable to 10) and a fully equipped SMEG kitchen with exposed stonework and a central island.
There is a tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Bel appartement très confortable dans un quartier qui offre tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Proche des stations de métro, des restaurants, des banques et des boulangeries. L'accès était facile, et l'hôte et le gestionnaire de l'immeuble étaient très réactifs et compréhensifs vis-à-vis de nos besoins.
