The apartment is located in the heart of Cosenza’s historic centre, just a short walk from the Rendano Theatre and the Cathedral, and a few minutes from Corso Mazzini, home to the Bilotti Open-Air Museum and the city’s shopping district.
It takes its name from the 16th-century astrologer Rutilio Benincasa, who is said to have lived in the area; he was the well-known author of the *Almanacco Perpetuo*, also mentioned in *The Leopard* and *Mastro Don Gesualdo*. The elegantly renovated property consists of one bedroom with a king-size bed and one twin bedroom, both with private bathrooms.
