The house is located in Bajanda, a small village of Estavar, in the High Cerdanya, located just 3km from Llívia and 10km from Puigcerdà.

Close to Bajanda you will find some of the French ski resorts such as Eyne or Bolquère-Pyrénées 2000. The ski resorts of La Molina and Masella are 35 minutes away.

Places of interest:

In Bajanda we find essentially a street along which the old houses are mounted, being this the heart of the town. There is also a church at the top of the hill, away from any kind of construction.
