It is a practical and functional double room of 25 m2 in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the third floor and the building has a lift.



The room overlooks an interior courtyard; it is a cosy and quiet space with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with bed linen.



The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided you with a portable air conditioning unit; plus electric radiator, storage space, television and a small dining table.



The bathroom has a comfortable shower, shower gel and hairdryer.


We provide one towel per guest which you can find on the bed.



You also have a small kitchenette equipped with the main appliances, crockery for 2 people and other usual utensils.



You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.



The accommodation has everything you need so you do not have to worry about anything, all the comfort to be at home!

The accommodation offers a wonderful buffet breakfast in our bar & cafeteria Day Madrid*, open every day from 7:30 am to 2 pm for only 9,95€ per person.
