We look forward to welcoming you! A practical and functional 32 m2 apartment, ideal for up to 2 people and fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Located on the ground floor with a separate entrance to the street. The accommodation is distributed in a single spacious and modern area with a double bed measuring 1.35 cm, dressed with its bedding. The apartment has split air conditioning (hot/cold), space to store your belongings, a television, and a small dining table. There is a bathroom with a shower, shower gel, and hairdryer.
We have installed an electric hand dryer for added convenience and hygiene instead of a hand towel. We provide one bath towel per guest, which you will find on the bed. Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; please use it responsibly for its proper functioning. The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, dishes for 2 people, and other common utensils. To use the washing machine, there is a portable drying rack and an iron available. The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home! Free wireless WIFI is available. Request a crib or high chair for your baby when booking if needed. ★ SELF CHECK-IN - KEY COLLECTION The accommodation keys will be available at our office door in a safe box starting from the check-in time. Our office is strategically located just a few minutes from our accommodations.
