Bright, partly in 2025, very practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2 with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, digital TV and fan. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 2 double bedrooms, window onto the courtyard, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Open kitchen 7 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option.
Small terrace 20 m2, north facing position and, east facing position.
Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). No view.
Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer.

Location of apartment/house is very nice, equipment, beds, terrace all fine. Community pool, which is clean, very nice, with enough shade and never crowded (end of June) is 20m from the house. It is all for 5*...but there is no AC and we were staying during temperatures of 35. It was soo hot inside...there are ceiling fans and additional ones but not enough for this temperatures. AC is a must!!!
