This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The beautiful and family-friendly accommodation is located in the Free Time holiday village in Marina di Bibbona, in the stunning Tuscany.
Surrounded by the beautiful Tombolo pine forest, in a strategic location, you can reach wonderful cities such as Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Populonia, and the island of Elba in less than an hour from here.
The holiday resort is within walking distance of the crystal-clear sea of the Etruscan coast, which, thanks to the gently sloping beach, is ideal for families with children.
The holiday resort has all the amenities for a pleasant family holiday.
These include a pool with a slide, a children's paddling pool, entertainment, a kids' club, a restaurant/pizzeria, a take-away, a bar, a mini-market, a bazaar, a playground, a football and volleyball court, open-air fitness equipment, a sauna, and many other services such as bicycle rental.
In just a 15-minute drive, you will also find a large water park (Acqua Village) and an amusement and leisure park (Cavallino Matto). The holiday resort is car-free, making it ideal for children as they can move around freely. The Happy Superior accommodation is comfortably furnished and can accommodate 7 people.
There are a total of three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
A sofa bed in the open-plan living and dining area offers an additional sleeping option.
All bedroom windows have mosquito nets.
The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and includes a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator.
There is one bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and hairdryer, as well as a second bathroom adjoining the double room with a sink, shower, and toilet.
The covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, a hanging chair, two loungers/deckchairs, and a small electric stove invites you to enjoy cozy barbecues.
Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in your desired seasonal period.Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in is of course also possible on the following day (please inform us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.
Departure on the previous day is also possible here.
However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy beach is located only 700 meters from the holiday resort and can be reached via a pleasant walk (you will pass through a shady, wonderfully fragrant section of pine forest). During the main season, you can also use the free shuttle train, which takes you to approximately 350 meters from the beach.The beach is wide and gently sloping, making it ideal for families.
In addition to a private beach area with loungers and umbrellas, there is also plenty of space on the free beach.
There is a beach bar where you can enjoy a small snack in the shade.
POOL
The holiday resort has a large pool with a slide and a children's paddling pool.There is a spacious area with loungers, allowing you to relax and unwind during your holiday.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
A team of motivated animators looks forward to delighting adults and children alike with a diverse entertainment program during their stay: Latino dance, aquagym, sports classes and tournaments, games on the beach and by the pool.In the evening: cabaret, shows, piano bar, karaoke, themed parties.
For the little ones, there is a great kids' club and a playground.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
In addition to the pool, where aqua aerobics is also regularly held, the holiday village features a football field, a volleyball court, and table tennis tables.There are also great cycle paths within the pine forest, connecting the coastal towns.
Bicycle rental is available.
There is a fitness area where you can work out. The holiday village also includes two lakes where you can go sport fishing.

SHOPPING
In the mini-market, you can find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and other groceries.The resort also has a bazaar selling tobacco products, newspapers, children's toys, beachwear, souvenirs, and camping items.
CATERING
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pots.Shopping facilities are also nearby.
You can, of course, also take advantage of half-board or full-board at advantageous conditions.
You are welcome to book these on-site (advance booking is not necessary). The holiday resort has a restaurant/pizzeria where you can also treat yourself to culinary delights from Tuscan and Italian cuisine! Alternatively, there is a take-away service available.
PETS
One pet up to a maximum of 35 kg is allowed upon registration at the time of booking.The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 Euros if bringing a dog. If everything is in order upon departure, the customer will receive 100 Euros of the deposit back, and 20 Euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Cars and motorcycles are not allowed to drive around this holiday resort.Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided.
The accommodations are inspected afterwards to ensure cleanliness.
Any complaints will be charged at 50 Euros.
High chairs and travel cots must be ordered when booking if desired (for a fee according to the details in the additional costs) or must be notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed). It is mandatory to pay for a club card on-site (from 3 years old).

The holiday village is located directly by the sea, and the beach can be reached comfortably on foot in about 700 meters. The center of Marina di Bibbona can be reached in a few minutes on foot (approx. 5 min).
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Marina di Bibbona is a seaside resort in the beautiful Tuscany, nestled among pine forests. The town is ideal for a relaxing holiday in nature. The coastal strip with its wide sandy beaches offers wonderful days at the beach with the whole family. The forests are excellent for beautiful hikes, bike tours, or horseback riding. You can take a stroll through the narrow streets of the town, visit the churches of Santa Maria dell Pietà or Sant’Ilario, or explore various markets. A wide selection of restaurants and cafes provides places to linger. The surrounding towns offer various restaurants, cafes, and discotheques. Interesting cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, or Florence await as day trip destinations. A visit to the medieval town of Volterra is also highly recommended! Ultimate swimming fun for the whole family is promised by Acqua Village with its water slides in Cecina Mare, or the theme park "Cavallino Matto". The island of Elba and the other islands of the National Park of the Archipelago, such as Capraia, Pianosa, Giglio, and Giannutri, are all reachable within a day trip. Il Calidario is a well-equipped wellness center with a natural spring whose water temperature is 36°C. The Wine Route offers, in addition to high-quality wines, the opportunity to learn about the typical products of the region and to taste characteristic specialties such as olive oil, honey, cheese, and salami. A village on the Wine Route is Bibbona, which, with its magnificent natural paths in the forest, is the ideal place for trekking enthusiasts and mountain bikers. The famous Spiagge Bianche in Rosignano-Solvay (the white beaches) with fine light sand and blue sea are only a few kilometers away. Various water sports can be practiced along the coast, and the wind, which blows quite constantly, has made Vada one of the most popular places for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing enthusiasts. The Secche di Vada, a part of the sea with very shallow water, attract fishing enthusiasts in every season. The opportunity to explore underwater grounds with rich flora and fauna and to marvel at the unimagined natural and archaeological features present here makes it an ideal destination for many diving enthusiasts. Nature lovers can visit the adventure park Il Giardino Sospeso. Here you can spend a day in the forest on acrobatic suspension bridges among the trees.
