This beautiful and family-friendly accommodation is located in the Free Time holiday village in Marina di Bibbona in beautiful Tuscany.

Surrounded by the beautiful pine forest of Tombolo, in a strategic position, from here you can reach wonderful cities such as Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Populonia and the island of Elba in less than an hour.

The holiday complex is within walking distance of the crystal-clear sea of the Etruscan Coast, which is ideal for families with children thanks to the gently sloping beach.

The holiday complex has all the amenities for a pleasant family holiday.

There is a pool with slide, paddling pool, entertainment, mini club, restaurant/pizzeria, take-away, bar, mini market, bazaar, playground, football and volleyball pitch, open-air fitness equipment, sauna and many other services such as bike hire.

There is also a large water park (Acqua Village) and an amusement and leisure park (Cavallino Matto) just 15 minutes away by car.

The holiday complex is car-free and therefore ideal for children, as they can move around freely.

The Happy Superior accommodation is comfortably furnished and can accommodate 7 people.

There are three bedrooms in total, one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each.

A sofa bed in the open-plan living and dining area provides additional sleeping accommodation.

There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, microwave, coffee machine and a fridge.

There is a bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer, as well as a second bathroom adjoining the double bedroom with washbasin, shower and WC.

The covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, a hanging chair, two loungers/deckchairs and a small electric cooker is ideal for cosy barbecue evenings.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The sandy beach is only 700 metres from the holiday complex and can be reached via a pleasant footpath (you cross a shady, wonderfully fragrant section of pine forest).

During the high season, you can also use the free little train, which takes you up to approx. 350 metres from the beach.

The beach is wide and shallow, making it ideal for families.

In addition to a private beach with sunbeds and parasols, there is also plenty of space on the free beach.

There is a beach bar where you can enjoy a snack in the shade.

POOL The holiday complex has a large pool with a slide and a paddling pool for children.

It has a spacious area with sun loungers so that you can relax and unwind during your holiday.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY A team of motivated entertainers looks forward to delighting adults and children during their stay with a varied entertainment programme: Latin dance, aquagym, sports courses and sports tournaments, games on the beach and by the pool.

In the evening: cabaret, shows, piano bar, karaoke, theme parties.

For the little ones there is a great mini club and a playground.

LEISURE AND SPORTS In addition to the pool, where water aerobics are regularly organised, the holiday village also has a football pitch, a volleyball court and table tennis tables.

There are also great cycle paths within the pine forest that connect the villages along the coast.

There is a fitness area where you can work out.

The holiday village also has two lakes where you can go sport fishing/fishing.

Riding stable 3km away.

SHOPPING The mini-market sells fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese and other groceries.

The complex also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers, children's toys, beachwear, souvenirs and camping items.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board service at favourable conditions.

You are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).

The holiday village has a restaurant/pizzeria where you can simply indulge in the culinary delights of Tuscan and Italian cuisine! Alternatively, there is also a take-away service.

PETS One pet up to max. 35 kg is allowed if registered at the time of booking.

If you take a pet with you, you will have to pay 20 euros in advance for the special final cleaning due to the pet's presence.

SPECIALS Cars and motorbikes are not allowed in this holiday complex.

The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40.

Highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking if required (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
