This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The Residence Village holiday park is located on the Adriatic Sea, specifically in Cavallino-Treporti, and promises a successful family holiday on the Italian Riviera.
Just a few kilometers from Jesolo, this holiday park impresses with its magnificent location directly on the well-maintained sandy beach.
Water lovers, active holidaymakers, and families with children will get their money's worth here.
The extensive range of leisure activities and entertainment for young and old ensures varied hours.
In the evening, the animation team provides entertainment with various shows.
A huge pool area with water features, slides, spray park, and comfortable sun loungers awaits sunbathers and swimmers.
Mini water slides and a children's pool are also available, of course.
Art and culture are not neglected either, as the lagoon city of Venice can be reached in less than an hour's drive.
Further amenities for holiday guests in this resort include a supermarket, bazaar, bicycle rental, hairdresser, restaurant, ice cream parlor, doctor, coin-operated washing machines, and dryers. The comfortable Happy Relax mobile home offers space for 6 people (including at least one child up to 150cm/60kg). It is divided into a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds and a third pull-out bed. A sofa bed in the open living and dining area provides additional sleeping space.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, sink, cutlery, dishes, microwave, and an Italian espresso maker.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
The cozy, covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, 2 loungers, and an electric grill plate invites you to relax.

BEACH
The gently sloping sandy beach is just a few meters from the holiday resort, nestled in the unique coastal landscape of the Cavallino area.Sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented on the beach.
The 15 km long beach is ideal for relaxing, playing, making friends, and sunbathing, but also offers the perfect backdrop for the sports activities suggested by the animation team.
You are also welcome to explore the beach from the water by pedal boat (for a fee).
POOL
The centrally located pool complex offers something for everyone, young and old. A children's pool with water features and slides, as well as a water playground and a spray park, will delight children.For the adventurous, 2 large slides await. 2 pools for adults, one with hydromassage, complete the offering.
Enjoy relaxing on the loungers by the pool after a refreshing swim and letting the sun dry you. Loungers are available for a small fee. Several lifeguards ensure your safety throughout the day.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Relaxation for you and lots of fun for your children.The resort has a beautifully designed children's playground on the beach, a mini club (4-8 years) and a maxi club (9-12 years) for the younger guests, who will experience unforgettable days with the experienced and trained animation team.
Furthermore, the children's pool at the main pool guarantees fun and safety and invites you to swim and splash.
Additionally, your children can participate in various tournaments and games, such as treasure hunts and craft activities.
In the evening, the animation team provides a perfect end to the day with various dance and entertainment shows.
If needed and depending on availability, a travel cot, high chair, or stroller can be rented on-site (must be booked when reserving).

In the supermarket, you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and other groceries.The resort also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers, and souvenirs.
MEALS
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, a stove, and a refrigerator, allowing you to cook for yourself.Directly in the holiday resort, you will also find a supermarket with fresh groceries.
If you prefer not to cook on vacation, you can enjoy traditional Italian specialties such as pizza and pasta at the resort's restaurant.
With the existing ice cream parlor, dessert is also taken care of, where you can treat yourself and your family to a delicious ice cream.

Cavallino is certainly also known for its large harbor (400 berths) but also for its beautiful beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag for the tenth time in a row. In Cavallino, you will also find various restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors that will spoil you with Italian delicacies. Explore the beautiful dunes, the various walking paths, or the sandy beach on foot or by bike. The art city of Venice is not far from the Cavallino Treporti peninsula. Let yourself be transported into a romantic mood with a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge, and visit Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. Would you like to try your luck at gambling? Then we recommend a visit to the Venice Casino. The water park "Aqualandia", which is much more than a classic water park – it is a true amusement island divided into themed areas with 26 water attractions, including the longest water slide in the world, and above-water attractions, including the highest bungee tower in Europe. You will find an amusement park for children and teenagers at "Jesolandia," which is also located in Jesolo. For those who prefer something more relaxed, there is Sealife, also located in Jesolo. If you want to treat yourself to a refreshing drink after an extensive and action-packed day trip with your children, you will find numerous nightclubs in Jesolo that will enchant your night. If you are interested in harbors, boats, and fishing, Cavallino Treporti is the right place for you! There are several smaller and larger harbors here, which are well-equipped and from where you can take boat tours in all directions. Whether on foot, by bike, or on the water, the landscape around the peninsula is beautiful and should definitely be explored. Every Tuesday morning, a great weekly market takes place on Via Fausta in Cavallino. There you will find everything your heart desires! From food to clothing – you can shop here in a great atmosphere. Italy is known for its good food; in Cavallino Treporti, you can enjoy local specialties that come directly from the region! Fish, meat, and vegetables are grown or harvested by local farmers and processed into delicious delicacies by the surrounding restaurants!
