Exterior: In front of the cottage: direct access to the 30 m² paved terrace and an enclosed lawned garden area of approximately 12 m², planted with flowers.
On the north side of the cottage: a private gravelled parking area of 40 m² that can accommodate 2 vehicles.
A secure shelter is available in the garden shed for storing your bicycles.
This independent cottage, not directly overlooked, is located on a dead-end road in a quiet residential area.
Truly at the gates of Perros Guirec, this modern and practical little gite is the creation of the owner Patrick who is just waiting for you, with Sandra, to bring this house to life.
Just above the Lenn basin and the Guguil stream for local walks, you can more widely head west to conquer the Côte de Granit Rose or east to explore the Côte des Ajoncs.
A detour to Ploumanac'h, a favorite French village 7 km away, will be a must. 1.5 km from the port of Perros Guirec, a lovely little rental for some great getaways!
