The bedrooms are equipped with fans and electric radiators, and the living room has both heating and air conditioning. The building also features an elevator and WiFi.
To make your arrival smoother, we will provide some basic kitchen ingredients such as sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, and coffee for your first days. You'll also find a Nespresso coffee machine to enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning.
Other kitchen amenities include a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, and dishwasher, so you can make the most of your vacation time without worrying about washing dishes :)

The required information for all occupants includes full name, ID card or passport number, date of birth, gender, nationality, and home address. The tourist tax is a fee applied to stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia since November 2012. In Barcelona, it costs €5.5 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Those under 17 years old are exempt from paying this tax.

There were communication problems with the owner. We got check-in instructions later than check-in time (around 5-6pm on the check in day), and it was almost impossible to reach the owner over the booking.com messages, phone and email. Everything else was awesome and I will probably book it again next time.
