We will request documentation from all guests for traveler registration in accordance with the law. The required information for all occupants includes full name, ID card or passport number, date of birth, gender, nationality, and home address. The tourist tax is a fee applied to stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia since November 2012. In Barcelona, it costs €5.5 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Those under 17 years old are exempt from paying this tax.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in common areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €150.
• No additional guests beyond the maximum capacity of the apartment are allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A supplement may be charged depending on the conditions in which you leave the apartment.
• The property will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused by the use of its occupants, nor for the loss or theft of valuables. The information in our ad is considered contractual except for typographical errors.
