It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC On the lower floor - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) that can be pushed together to form a double bed - Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath - Wellness area with jacuzzi (sleeps 4) and sauna - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside - A 10 m² south-facing balcony - A 20 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public spaces in the street around the chalet or in the unnumbered outside parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, about 3 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, approx. 90 km away. You'll need a car to fully enjoy the region Other comments: - A chalet is being built in front of the property.

Jacuzzi sauna cheminée cuisine très bien équipée.
L emplacement au bord d une route Il y a pas de petit coi. Sans vis a vis. Et de plus les travaux de construction en face de la terrasse. Et je ne parle pas du bruit de la scie Une horreur quel dommage.

Beautiful views and convenient location with friendly neighbors. Check in was easy and the cleaning lady gave us lots of info on getting around and renting skis. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was great to have laundry services. The only minus was the sofa bed was not comfortable but we closed it and our daughter was fine sleeping on it as a couch.

Superbe chalet à Font-Romeu, spacieux et aménagé avec de très beaux matériaux. Les trois salles de bain sont un vrai luxe, sans parler du sauna et du jacuzzi parfaits pour se détendre après une journée en montagne. Un séjour exceptionnel, je recommande vivement !
