Welcome to our spacious and comfortable apartment, situated right on the edge of Hartlepool Marina – an fabulous location and easy access to the best of what the area has to offer.
The space
The apartment features a double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.
The family bathroom features full-sized bathtub for unwinding after a busy day of exploring or working. There’s also a basin, WC, and a shower over the bath for guests who prefer a quicker option.
Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking, including a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and more. Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a full meal, you'll have all the amenities at your fingertips.
For your convenience, there's also a washing machine should you need to do any laundry during your stay. If cooking isn't on your agenda, worry not – there are fantastic restaurants just a short walk away!
The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa, making it a great place to relax after a long day. With a Smart TV available, you can easily stay connected to your favourite streaming services, so you won’t miss out on any shows or movies.
There is a dining table available, ideal for socialising around or enjoying a meal at.
This apartment is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer visit. It is located on the ground floor of the building

Short stay guests (less than 6 weeks) there is a pay and display (or pay by phone) car park on site.
For guests who are staying longer than 6 weeks, we can provide a parking permit for you. Please inform us no less than 48 hours before check in so that we can arrange this for you. You will need to supply your registration number at that time.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
