Information about the host
In the villa colony of Neu-Babelsberg there are two cozy non-smoking holiday apartments available for rent. A very beautiful garden offers the opportunity for relaxation and sporting activities. A table tennis table is available for shared use. In the immediate vicinity are the palace gardens and the Babelsberg film park. The city centers of Potsdam and Berlin can be easily reached by public transport. For longer stays, a free 1-week cleaning service is offered. The WiFi is included. Street parking is available. After consultation, we can provide a cot for EUR 10 once.

Daily arrival from 6 pm to 7 pm, earlier or later arrival according to prior agreement; departure until 11 am

Direction center to exit Wetzlarer Str., cross this to the end, Großbeerenstr., straight into August-Bebel-Str., cross Rudolf-Breitscheid-Str., straight into Karl-Marx-Str., 1st Str. left into Domstr., right Heinestr. Public transport: from Potsdan main station. Potsdam Bus 694 direction S-Bhf. Griebnitzsee to stop Hermann-Maaß-Str.

Description of the accommodation
This holiday apartment with 43 square meters is suitable for up to 3 people and can be reached from the outside via a separate entrance. From the entrance area with wardrobe you get to the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Three steps down leads to the living room. This includes a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining table with chairs, a seating area with a sofa bed for a third person and a bookshelf, cable TV and radio with CD player. The bedroom has two variable beds. The apartment has a covered outdoor seating area with garden furniture at the entrance to the apartment.
