The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house and has a separate entrance. The spacious combined and newly renovated living/sleeping area contains two single beds (which can also be pushed together) and a sofa bed.
A small, newly renovated hallway with checkroom leads to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, egg stove and much more.
In addition, a newly renovated modern daylight bathroom with shower, large washbasin and wall-mounted WC awaits you.
Bed linen, towels, WLAN, satellite TV and additional costs such as electricity and heating are included. A parking lot is located directly at the house. Garden shed, sunbathing lawn with table and chairs as well as a barbecue and a fire bowl can be used as well as a garden shed. All rooms have daylight windows. It is a non-smoking apartment, no pets.
