The family-friendly Belvedere Pineta holiday resort is located in the middle of the beautiful lagoon landscape of the northern Adriatic, just 7 km from Grado.

Nestled in a shady pine forest, the holiday resort offers peace and relaxation as well as a variety of entertainment options.

The resort is located directly on a gently sloping beach - parasols and sunbeds, as well as pedal boats and canoes can be hired directly on site.

Alternatively, the spacious pool offers the necessary cooling off.

For younger guests, there is a children's pool with a slide, a spacious playground and a mini club in high season.

Active holidaymakers also get their money's worth: there is a tennis court and football pitch, mini football pitches, volleyball and beach volleyball, a mini golf course, table tennis, bike hire and two jogging trails.

A restaurant and a beach bar cater for your culinary needs.

Other services include: a supermarket with newspapers and tobacco products, a Wi-Fi area, coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers.

The approx. 24 square metre Green Holiday mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people and is centrally located near the complex's pool.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and a fold-down bunk bed for a child under the age of 12.

In the open-plan living and sleeping area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space if required.

There is also a satellite TV and a table with chairs in the living area.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge.

The bathroom is divided into two rooms - one room with shower and washbasin, the second room with WC and washbasin.

There are mosquito screens on the windows.

The terrace is covered and a barbecue can be hired.

Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 2 hours.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. POOL The complex has a spacious pool area.

In addition to an adult pool, there is a children's pool with a fun water slide.

BEACH The holiday complex is located directly on the gently sloping beach.

Sun loungers and parasols can be hired in a section reserved for guests of the resort.

There is also a beach bar.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The holiday complex offers entertainment for the whole family.

In addition to numerous sports and activities, there is also an entertainment team that organises a mini club, baby dance and sports tournaments in high season.

A travel cot and high chair can be hired for a fee if required (please register when booking).

LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to get active on holiday are spoilt for choice: there is a tennis court and football pitch, mini football pitches, volleyball and beach volleyball, a mini golf course, table tennis, bike hire and two jogging trails.

Pedal boats and canoes can be hired on the beach.

SHOPPING There is a supermarket with newspapers and tobacco products in the resort itself.

Further shopping facilities can be found in nearby Grado (approx. 5 km).

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge.

There is also a restaurant and a beach bar in the complex.

If you don't want to cook for yourself, you can book breakfast, half board or full board on site at favourable conditions.

PETS Three pets (up to max. 30kg) are allowed on request and must be registered when booking (please state breed and size when booking).

There is a special dog area on the beach with beds, bowls and showers.

There is also a shady, spacious dog park.
