Located just a few steps from the town's shops, bars and restaurants and 200m from Préfailles's main beach. This fully renovated 120m² house, set in 360m² of enclosed, secure grounds, can sleep up to 8 people.


Like many charming local houses, it has a few steps and landings inside and comprises an entrance hall leading to a dining kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you need to feel at home. (fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle, raclette and crêpes party, etc.), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a TV-Wifi lounge and table games, giving access to a shaded lounge terrace. The hallway leads to a double bedroom (160cm), a bedroom with a pull-out bed (90-180cm), a separate shower room with walk-in shower and laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer) and a separate toilet.


Upstairs, on the landing, you will find 2 single beds (90x2) and a small attic bedroom (140), both awaiting the installation of velux windows (January 2025). The comfort of the house will not be impeded in any way, and we will post an update of our photos as soon as the final work is completed.


The bright garden is laid out so that you can, park 2 cars and secure your bikes (additional free parking spaces are available in front of the house) while enjoying a dining area, a lounge area with shower, and a charcoal barbecue area boules, deckchairs,,,,
