Apartment with a feel-good atmosphere for families or friends
Our holiday flat is surrounded by Kitzbühel's mountains and is situated in a quiet location on the sunny side of town on the ground floor of our house. From there, you can see the Streif and the finish slope of the infamous Hahnenkamm race as well as the town centre, which is a 10-minute walk away or easily accessible by city bus. The valley station of the sun-favoured family ski area „Kitzbüheler Horn“, which is artificially snow-covered, is a 5-minute walk from our house. From there, the ski bus runs regularly to the town centre or to the valley station of the Hahnenkamm cable car.

The flat offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with flat-screen TV and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with WC and shower. You can enjoy hours of sunshine on the private terraces. W-lan as well as one or two parking spaces are available free of charge. We are happy to bring fresh bread rolls to the flat daily on request.

Host Hansi works as a ski guide in winter and e-bike guide in summer and is happy to show his guests the best ski slopes and ski huts in the Kitzbühel ski area or the most beautiful power spots around Kitzbühel in summer.
