Petit studio de 30 m2 plutôt fonctionnel avec toutes les commodités. Proche du RER et du centre de Paris. Quartier très paisible et propre, beaucoup de commerces de proximité, animé en soirée grâce à de nombreux restaurants. Proche du château de Vincennes.
