The highlight of the Sandbank Domizil is the weather-protected loggia with a direct view of the North Sea, the beach and the promenade. Haus Seeblick has a lift that takes you comfortably to the 5th floor, where the newly renovated holiday flat is located. From there you have an excellent view over Borkum and the North Sea!

A cosy sofa, an armchair, a smart TV and an inviting dining area create a cosy atmosphere and invite you to relax. Particularly noteworthy is the well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and much more. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, shower and hairdryer.
In the basement of the house you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer (shared use with coins).
