Welcome to "TY MANOA", a pretty, fully renovated 60m² detached house located just 50 metres from the GR34 hiking trail overlooking the sea, between Aber Benoît and the Mer d'Iroise.


Enjoy direct access to the GR34 hiking trail and the slipway for your walks and water sports activities. The Beg Ar Vill fishponds, 250 metres away, offer you the chance to enjoy fresh seafood during your stay.


The house is nestled in a 900m² garden, fully enclosed to ensure peace and privacy. You can relax on the all-day sun terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments while the children enjoy the swing.


On the ground floor, a modern kitchen with a dining island, opening onto a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, will welcome you for relaxing moments. There is also a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate WC on the ground floor.


Upstairs, the house has two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a small desk, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200).


The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed linen and towels provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit.


Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....

For children, you'll also find nearby: la récré des 3 curés (amusement park) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby, as well as golf courses including the Abers golf course.
