The 4.5 room holiday flat is located in the property on the Voa Sporz in the Val Di Lai house. The flat is quiet and centrally located. In a few minutes you are in the centre of Lenzerheide with numerous restaurants, shopping facilities and connections to the sports bus.
The holiday flat has three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm). The living room is very spacious, it offers a seating and dining area as well as a reading corner and invites you to linger. From the sunny south-facing balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains. There are also two bathrooms with shower/WC and a guest WC. Our guests also have access to a whirlpool on the south-facing balcony on the upper floor. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue dishes.
For your car there is a garage space in the underground car park and a visitor car park in front of the house.
The final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
