The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. This magnificent air-conditioned villa of 140 m2 has: A modern and spacious fitted kitchen with granite worktop, a large living room of 60 m2, a bedroom with 140 cm bed with dressing room and toilet.
3 bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet- 1 bedroom with mezzanine bed of 140 x190 with sofa bed and a desk. - 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed with cupboard and desk. - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 with cupboard and desk.
- Washing machine - Dishwasher - Oven - Microwave - Induction hob - Dolce gusto pod coffee maker - Toaster - Iron and ironing board - Wifi (free)

- Land of 400 m2 - A fenced 6x3 swimming pool to refresh your days (practicable from May to September) - Outdoor toilet and shower but only cold water. - Sunbeds and garden furniture are at your disposal around the pool.

We are at: - 30 min from Marignane airport - 30 min from Avignon TGV station - 30 min from Aix en Provence TGV - 40 min from Marseille - 40 min from the beach of Fos sur Mer
- The caves of Calès and the plane tree "giant of Provence" in Lamanon. - La Barben animal park as well as the Mistral Rock. - The village of Les Baux de Provence and its quarries of Lights. - L'Isle sur la Sorgue - Saint Rémy de Provence with its colourful market and its Van Gogh Trail. - Saint-Marie-de-la-Mer, seaside resort with many restaurants and traditional festivals.
On site I will provide you with a book with all the visits and parks available around Lamanon.

- BED LINEN, TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS "only on request before your arrival" Bed linen price: 15 euros per bed Towels price: 10 euros per person To be paid on site upon arrival.
- One person will come every three days for the maintenance of the pool.
- 1 travel cot (on request before your arrival) 1 high chair (on request before your arrival)
