Our 33 m² apartment, which was completed in 2018, is designed for up to 3 people and is located in the south-eastern part of Nuremberg.
The modern apartment, fully equipped with underfloor heating, has a fitted kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator and small appliances), bathroom with shower, a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and sofa with sleeping function, as well as a television and WiFi access.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment on request. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. An iron is also included in the apartment. Ironing board available.
Bus stops and shops are nearby.

Wie jedes Mal haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sogar mit guten Gastronomie-Empfehlungen!Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie und Messe sind gut zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Nürnberg in Messenähe. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt am Haus und super nette Vermieter. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Es wurde alles gut erklärt. Erste Getränke standen im Kühlschrank zur Nutzung bereit, ebenso Kaffee, Tee und eine kleine Süßigkeit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön. Der Aufenthalt war ruhig und angenehm. Gerne wieder.
