Our 33 m² apartment, which was completed in 2018, is designed for up to 3 people and is located in the south-eastern part of Nuremberg.
The modern apartment, fully equipped with underfloor heating, has a fitted kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator and small appliances), bathroom with shower, a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and sofa with sleeping function, as well as a television and WiFi access.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment on request. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. An iron is also included in the apartment. Ironing board available.
Bus stops and shops are nearby.

Gigantisch, magellos, sehr freundliche Gastgeber und sehr Hilfsbereit.Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem drum und drann was man braucht für einen schönen Urlaub in einer schönen ruhigen ecke von Nürnberg.Vielen Lieben Dank nochmal !!!

Die Gastgeber sind super und bieten viele Infos an. Die Aufnahme war sehr herzlich.Die Ausstattung und das Preisleistungsverhältnis sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist modern, der Platz reicht gut für zwei Leute und Zustand und Sauberkeit sind ebenfalls voll gegebn.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zu einem fairen Preis. Alles so wie beschrieben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles erklärt. Besonders toll fand ich die Fußheizung im Bad! Dadurch hat man auch im Winter nie gefroren beim Duschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder
