The beautiful, wide 8km beach is just 200m away and you can enjoy an idyllic, heavenly setting with wild coves. The gîte is set in a peaceful location and you'll be ideally placed as all the shops are nearby: grocer's, tobacconist's, baker's and patisserie, restaurants, pizzeria, etc.
During your stay you'll be able to take part in a number of nearby activities: windsurfing, board sports, adventure course, tennis, aquatic centre, cycle path. There's also a lovely walk from La Franqui to Leucate plage, along the famous Leucate cliffs, with several stages (the lighthouse, the plagette, the fort, etc.). If you love nature and beautiful scenery, you're in for a treat. Parking on the public domain in the street in authorised areas

On site at the gîte you will enjoy a private terrace ideal for relaxing with garden furniture to make the most of your time outdoors. You can park in front of the gîte or in the street, the area is peaceful. The gîte is located on the ground floor of the villa and has its own entrance, adjoining the owners' house above.

The air-conditioned gîte is on one level and has several rooms:
- A living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a sitting area with sofa and connected TV, a dining table.
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed.
- An independent shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine.

Les Embruns is located in La Franqui, a hamlet of Leucate, known locally as the "Cap-Ferret" of Audois.
