La terrasse "privative" est régulièrement traversée par des locataires voisinsLa place de stationnement prévue est en conflit avec une autre placeLe store, seul moyen de se protéger de la chaleur, était en panne.La qualité de l'accueil a surement été minorée par la situation sanitaire (COVID)

Bien situé, non loin de l'agitation du littoral et possibilité d'escapades dans l'arrière pays. Grand domaine intérieur dans la propriété, ancien domaine viticole. Réveil par le loriot d'Europe, coucher avec le hibou petit duc, propriétaires et voisine aux petits soins.
