From the Au 45 gîte, you can easily explore the region's treasures: a stroll to the Thau Lagoon Museum offers insights into local history, while just a few minutes away, Sète reveals Mont Saint-Clair and its unique maritime atmosphere.
The thermal baths of Balaruc-les-Bains, Montpellier, and Pézenas pleasantly round out your visits, combining relaxation, heritage, and colorful markets. This rural gîte, located in a village house, offers 60 m² spread over three levels.
On the ground floor, you'll find a laundry area with a washing machine and freezer (and space to store bicycles). The living area on the first floor comprises a comfortable lounge with a sofa and television, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, and Senseo machine). This bright and airy space provides a welcoming place to share meals or plan your outings for the next day. On the second floor, you'll find the bathroom, equipped with a shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet, as well as two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 standard double bed (140x190 cm); Bedroom 2: 1 standard single bed (90x190 cm). The quiet and pleasant neighborhood allows you to get around entirely on foot: restaurants by the port, walks along the pond, or water sports.
Parking is easy thanks to the free public parking spaces on the surrounding streets.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréable dans ce gîte très bien équipé et très propre. L'accueil était très sympathique. Le gîte est à proximité des commerces, du port, des parkings, bref de tout et Bouzigues est une charmante petite ville. Nous recommandons ce gîte !

L'appartement est très confortable, on se sent comme à la maison : lave-vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, cuisine très bien équipée. Le village est joli et pittoresque, mais, il n'est pas possible de garer une berline, l'emplacement devant le garage fermé est trop petit. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.

very well equipped and comfortable house in an authentic and quite village; very near to the lake and plenty restaurants to taste local seafood products. The host is very nice and very helpful. Parking can be somewhat difficult but there are lots of possibilities near the lake close by. Good location to visit nearby touristic places. We recommend it very highly.
