Kermès is an eco-gîte in the heart of a wine-growing estate, Le Domaine du Château de Stony, a producer of organic wines between Sète and Montpellier, in the commune of Frontignan Lapeyrade.

The 120m2 "Kermès" gîte sleeps 8 and comprises:
On the ground floor: a living room with kitchen and dining area and a lounge. There is also a private terrace overlooking the vineyards. A ground floor bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200), a 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) and on the mezzanine 2 single beds (80x200) (can be made into a double bed).
Reading material and games are available to enjoy with family or friends.

Outside: enjoy the outside of the estate and the barbecue shared by the 3 gîtes.

From the estate, you can walk or cycle along the garrigue paths. Holidaymakers with bicycles are welcome, as the re-developed greenway is nearby (1.8 km). We have the "Accueil Vélo" label. It is also possible to hire bikes on site with a local service provider.

This is also an opportunity to discover the winegrowing industry. The owners offer cellar tours and tastings of their different vintages if you wish.
You'll be close to the beaches of Frontignan (10 minutes by car), the beautiful town of Sète (6 km away), the Etang de Thau, the Mediterranean Sea and the wild beaches of Les Aresquiers, 1 km from the Massif de la Gardiole and 20 minutes from Montpellier, as well as the cathedral of Villeneuve les Maguelone, Pézenas and the Lac du Salagou.
