Between the surrounding vineyards and the sea, the Annabel gîte is ideally situated for a pleasant stay in the Hérault: you can just as easily go for a walk in the vineyards as make a diversion to the beach or visit the nearby restaurants and shops. The gîte is a stone's throw from the beaches, restaurants and entertainment of Valras- plage (Casino, farmers' markets, shows at the Palais de la mer), but you can also go to Sérignan - village to discover its market, collegiate church, modern art museum and Buren's in situ work, or to Sérignan -plage to discover the magnificent Maïre beach, or the protected site of Orpellières and its Dado museum.
For those who enjoy cycling, all these sites are accessible by cycle paths. You can also enjoy peaceful walks along the shady banks of the Canal du Midi (a UNESCO World Heritage site), dotted with historic bridges and picturesque locks. The 9 locks at Fonseranes

The Annabel gîte nestles between Sérignan and Valras-Plage, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the mouth of the Orb and the Orpellières protected nature reserve, on the one hand, and the vastness of the wine-growing plain, as far as Béziers, on the other.
