A very comfortable sofa that can be used as a double bed and a single bed for emergency use.

But there is also an independent, fully-equipped kitchen with 4 ring hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Finally, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with corner bath and heated towel rail.

A studio with a small terrace adjoining the garden provides additional sleeping accommodation.

Enjoy the sunny days in the garden overlooking the kitchen with summer table, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers.

The garden has 3 doors leading from the living room, kitchen and bedroom, allowing you to live outside as if in the countryside while you are in the centre of Pézenas with all the advantages of the town.

As there is a lot of countryside to discover around Pézenas, you will have at your disposal 2 bicycles at no extra cost.

End of stay cleaning optional at 50€. Sheets and linen 15€/person (to be agreed directly with the owner).
